7. JBL
Keeping with the theme of ex-WWE commentators wrestling again, this week’s Raw in Dallas, TX saw the return of the ‘Wrestling God’ John Bradshaw Layfield.
JBL has undergone a career renaissance of sorts within the last year, making appearances in promotions all over the world, particularly in TNA Wrestling, where he’s featured in an intriguing angle involving Nic Nemeth.
The WWE Hall of Famer seems to be keeping himself in great shape based on his social media, so perhaps this angle could lead to an in-ring return in TNA or even WWE later in 2025.
An ideal way to test the waters for a proper return however, would be a cameo in the Royal Rumble match. We have seen first hand that he’s still more than capable with dishing out a few clotheslines after all.
