Samoa Joe is another star who hasn’t been off TV long, but their presence is certainly being missed.
Joe is reportedly filming the second season of Peacock’s Twisted Metal series, and according to PWInsider that is not scheduled to wrap until October.
However, it was also noted in that report that there may be breaks throughout filming, ones that could in theory see Joe make the odd AEW appearance.
Considering he was written off by Chris Jericho and The Learning Tree, it makes sense for Joe to seek some revenge by costing Jericho his FTW Championship and ensuring the belt goes back to his protege HOOK.
