8. Montez Ford
Over on SmackDown the future of The Street Profits also seems to be very much up in the air, as they’re just one week away from a make or break WWE Tag Team Title opportunity against the Motor City Machine Guns.
While its not been billed as a match with career-altering stakes by WWE, Montez Ford’s post-show comments from this past Friday’s SmackDown stated as clear as day, that this may be the final time himself and Angelo Dawkins attempt to win gold.
Many fans have felt for a while that Ford is overdue a run as a solo star, carrying all the tools to succeed at a high level given the right push.
If the Profits do in fact lose on SmackDown next week, we could see Ford finally call it a day, giving his character and career trajectory a massive overhaul.
