7. Legado Del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel, Berto & Elektra Lopez) To Raw
The Raw midcard scene is stacked with a variety of stars such as Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker, Sheamus, Ludwig Kaiser and Pete Dunne.
While the talent has plenty of depth, Legado del Fantasma needs a fresh start after not being prominently featured on SmackDown throughout 2024.
Santos Escobar has all the tools to be a rising star for WWE right now. From his exceptional microphone skills to fabulous in-ring ability, Escobar is a polished performer who could work in the main event scene on Raw.
Meanwhile, Los Garza are a great tag team that doesn’t get the spotlight much, and Elektra Lopez needs to be featured more to further develop. The landscape on Raw could benefit from this group’s talents.
