3. Malakai Black

Unlike his House of Black stablemate Buddy Matthews, who recently re-signed with AEW, Malakai Black’s long-term future with the company remains uncertain.

With it being reported that Black’s current deal could be up in 2025, many WWE fans have hopes that the former NXT Champion will reunite with Triple H and recapture some of the magic that was built during the Dutch star’s first run in the company.

Like so many others, Black was royally fumbled on WWE’s main roster but it’s hard to say he’s fared overly well in AEW either, aside from success in the trios division.

While we don’t know why Black hasn’t reached the heights many thought he would in AEW, perhaps the best solution is a WWE return, where like Keith Lee he can also be reunited with his wife Zelina Vega.
