9 AEW Stars To Join WWE

9 AEW Stars To Join WWE AEW, WWE

This week saw yet another former AEW star land in WWE as ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page made his debut on the NXT brand (May 28).

After so many WWE stars moved to AEW in the first few years of the company’s existence it seems as if the tide has turned, with more and more names beginning to go the other way.

Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Jade Cargill, Lexis King, Shawn Spears and now Page – not to mention backstage names such as William Regal who also made the jump.

The list continues to grow, but who will be next?

Let’s find out by taking a look at nine AEW stars who could soon make the move to WWE.

9. Scorpio Sky

AEW star Scorpio Sky

Given the fact that Ethan Page just signed with WWE, it’s only right to begin our list with his Men of the Year tag team partner Scorpio Sky.

Much like Page, Sky has been criminally underused by AEW with his current status with the company completely unknown.

His last match on AEW TV came on the September 16 edition of Collision, before making a handful of appearances on ROH TV weeks following that. Since then however there has been zero sign of the two-time former TNT Champion.

This has baffled many fans considering how strongly the Los Angeles native was in AEW’s early years, but if he does end up departing one would imagine WWE would have interest.

Sure, he’s 41, but so is Tama Tonga. Age doesn’t appear to be as much a factor for WWE these days, so perhaps we could soon see the Men of the Year reunite in WWE.
