With Malakai Black, Miro and Ricky Starks all exiting AEW in the last week, there has been much more focus on outgoings than incomings to the company, especially with Rey Fenix potentially joining that list of departures soon.
Despite all four men’s lack of presence on AEW TV lately, losing them is a blow to the roster. Thankfully for AEW however, their are a number of new names potentially set to debut in the company soon.
Here are seven AEW debuts coming soon.
7. Elijah (Fka Elias)
While he once was a consistently featured player in WWE, by the time Elijah (fka Elias) was released from the company his stock had fallen quite a bit.
Despite this however, it has still been somewhat surprising not to see him picked up by the likes of AEW or TNA in the year and a half he’s been a free agent.
Despite having to wait a little while Elijah’s free agency seemed to have come to an end last week, when it was reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that he had signed with AEW after appearing in a vignette alongside ROH tag team The Righteous.
This was later reported to not be the case after all, and as of now the former WWE star is still unsigned. While his status is now up in the air it still seems possible we see Elijah debut on ROH or AEW TV soon, so this is certainly one to keep an eye on.
