Matches To Be Added To AEW Forbidden Door 2025

On Sunday, August 24, All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling are once again presenting the Forbidden Door 2025 pay-per-view from the O2 Arena from London, England.

Coming off the heels of AEW All In Texas 2025, the company is still putting things in place to set up a huge card for what will be another big crowd for their latest major event.

There are several title matches and inter-promotional bouts that will make this another wonderful addition to this show.

Here are seven potential matches to be added to AEW Forbidden Door 2025.

AEW Unified Championship: Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi

At AEW All In Texas 2025, Kazuchika Okada defeated Kenny Omega to unify the AEW Continental and International Championships.

Becoming the inaugural AEW Unified Champion, Okada has found himself feuding with Swerve Strickland after being upset that he “screwed” his best friends, The Young Bucks at All In.

However, the company may choose to delay this showdown for another pay-per-view and give “The Rainmaker” one of his greatest rivals for AEW Forbidden Door 2025.

Okada facing Hiroshi Tanahashi in what will be a final match in the U.K. for “The Ace” makes a lot of sense that should give AEW Forbidden Door 2025 more of a spotlight heading into the event.
