AEW
Since the inception of AEW back in 2019, Excalibur has been the lead voice of the company on Dynamite and pay-per-views.
As the lead play-by-play commentator, the masked man has provided context to rivalries and called on the non-stop action that goes on in AEW.
If, for whatever reason, Excalibur departs from the commentary desk one day, which will open up the spot for someone else to step in to become the main voice behind Tony Khan’s promotion.
Here are eight potential AEW replacements for Excalibur.
8. Ian Riccaboni

Over the past few months, AEW Dynamite has featured Ian Riccaboni joining Excalibur and Taz on the call.
Riccaboni has long been the main voice of all the action over on Ring of Honor alongside Caprice Coleman since before he signed on to come to All Elite Wrestling.
With his knowledge of pro wrestling and overall enthusiasm for the on-screen product, Riccaboni has added so much to AEW and ROH due to his abilities.
Ian Riccaboni taking Excalibur’s place at the lead commentator spot might be viewed as an upgrade and could change the style of the entire announce team with him at the helm.
