On July 12, AEW hosts its biggest show of the year – and its biggest ever on US soil – All In: Texas.
The stacked card showcases the incredible depth of AEW’s roster. Yet despite that, Tony Khan has remained adamant about continuing to bring in wrestling’s best free agents.
With that in mind, we are likely to see new names added to the roster in 2025 – with some perhaps even debuting at All In itself.
Here are six potential new AEW signings that could be heading into the company soon.
6. Gabe Kidd
British star Gabe Kidd has had a breakout year in 2025.
This began with a classic match against Kenny Omega at the NJPW/AEW crossover show Wrestle Dynasty at the Tokyo Dome on 5 January – a bout that established him as one of New Japan Pro Wrestling’s top stars.
AEWs interest in the 28-year-old is clear – on the May 14 Beach Break edition of Dynamite, he appeared helping Jon Moxley retain his title against Samoa Joe, and also featured in the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing.
As IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion, it seems New Japan is continuing to build around him – however, an eventual signing with AEW feels like an inevitability.
