2025 has been an eventful year for AEW in terms of free agent signings coming into the promotion to add depth to the roster.
With the likes of Speedball Mike Bailey, Megan Bayne and Josh Alexander all making their mark after their arrivals, the newest stars in the promotion have proven to be valuable assets to AEW.
The free agency market has added even more talent after the recent WWE releases, so there could be even more arrivals to come over the next few weeks and months to come.
Here are seven potential new AEW signings.
7. KUSHIDA
On the January 18, 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite, KUSHIDA made his debut in the company in a hard fought loss against Darby Allin for the TNT Championship.
The six-time IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion recently left TNA Wrestling after signing a dual deal with the promotion and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
With KUSHIDA’s tag team partner Kevin Knight signing a dual contract with NJPW and AEW, it would make sense if the other half of the Intergalactic Jet Setters also joined Tony Khan’s company.
KUSHIDA is still one of the best junior heavyweights in the world today and would feel like an ideal fit in the promotion known as “Where The Best Wrestle.”
