With AEW Double or Nothing 2025 fast approaching, there are still very few stars confirmed for the pay-per-view card.
Some with reasons that are known and others who remain absent without any indication, there are some fan favorites on the list of names who look like they’ll be missing out on the event.
Here are eight AEW stars that seem set to miss Double or Nothing 2025.
8. Jay White
While he was originally scheduled to be in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament, Jay White would end up being replaced after sustaining a hand injury during a match on Collision.
In the tournament, White was replaced by Kevin Knight and in storyline he was written off TV after an attack from the Death Riders.
Presumably White will not be back in competition by the time AEW Double or Nothing takes place on May 25, 2025.
There is an outside chance he could appear for an angle at the event since his injury is reportedly a broken hand that required surgery, but it seems highly unlikely.
