6. Bryan Danielson

Back in 2021, Bryan Danielson departed WWE to sign with All Elite Wrestling and has since become one of the most influential names in the history of the company.
“The American Dragon” left his mark on the promotion with a litany of instant classics against the likes of Kenny Omega, Hangman Adam Page and MJF.
After losing the AEW World Title to Jon Moxley at WrestleDream 2024, Danielson has not competed inside the squared circle since then and officially closed his full-time in-ring career.
Now part of the AEW commentary team, Danielson looks like he will have a place with the company no matter what despite apparently hanging up his boots.
