With Konosuke Takeshita taking part in the G1 Climax this Summer, AEW have effectively traded him for Tomohiro Ishii.

Ishii is not a part of this year’s G1 Climax, with Tony Khan announcing that he will be remaining with AEW for the remainder of the Summer.

Ishii is currently part of the incredible group of human beings dubbed by Mark Briscoe as the ‘Conglomeration’, but he’s definitely the sort of legit tough guy a group like the Hurt Business would look for.

Even when he returns to NJPW, he can still be an associate of the group.
