Despite Grand Slam being on the docket in two weeks, the next AEW pay-per-view, WrestleDream, will be the focus of the coming weeks of television.
After a show that featured Hangman Adam Page finally beating Swerve Strickland and Blackpool Combat Club turning on Bryan Danielson, there is a lot to look forward to at the next offering from Tacoma, Washington.
Here are our predictions for the AEW WrestleDream 2024 card.
Will Ospreay vs. Ricochet – AEW International Championship
At AEW All Out, Will Ospreay defeated PAC to retain the AEW International Championship in a sensational encounter.
Post match, Ospreay called out his friend and former rival Ricochet to get some wins under his belt to challenge him for his title.
In the weeks to come, Ricochet should garner some victories to lead to the match many fans have been waiting for since the former WWE Intercontinental Champion came to All Elite Wrestling.
Ospreay vs. Ricochet is what a show like WrestleDream is all about. Despite their past meetings in NJPW and around the world, this is a dream match for AEW fans.
