The third annual AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view takes place tonight, October 1.
The stacked card features 13 matches in total – nine on the main show and four on the Tailgate Brawl pre-show.
While the lineup appears to be set, it’s still likely we’ll see a few last-minute changes and additions to the event.
Here are six potential last-minute changes for AEW WrestleDream.
6. Syuri Accepts Mercedes Mone’s challenge

Mercedes Moné appeared for CMLL last night, defeating Persephone at an all-women’s show at Arena México – outselling WWE Evolution, it was the most highly attended all-women’s wrestling event of the year.
After securing the victory, Moné took to the microphone to announce an open challenge for WrestleDream – and, importantly, she specified that she was calling out “any champion.”
That “champion” could very well be STARDOM star Syuri, who recently regained the IWGP Women’s Championship, defeating Sareee in a standout bout at NJPW’s King of Pro Wrestling.
The former UFC veteran has previously appeared in AEW at All In Texas and had been set for an excursion before suffering an injury that required surgery – meaning WrestleDream could mark her first singles match in the company.
