5. Kenny Omega vs. Andrade El Idolo
After departing AEW in December 2023, Andrade El Idolo made a return to WWE with a big moment entering the Royal Rumble 2024.
After recently parting ways with WWE again, it has been reported that Andrade had been fired – he shortly thereafter made a surprise appearance returning to AEW and attacking Kenny Omega.
But if the plan was for Andrade to have a major match against the former AEW World Champion at WrestleDream 2025, it seems the plans have been scrapped.
With an on-going legal issue regarding Andrade’s non-compete status, it could be quite some time before AEW fans see Andrade El Idolo pop up again.
