In June 2025, Blake Monroe signed with WWE and became a prominent star on the NXT brand.

Winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship and establishing her name on the brand, Monroe made her presence felt in the company upon signing.

The former Mariah May is now set to make her way to the main roster full-time with vignettes airing to hype her arrival on Friday Night SmackDown.

Here are six potential Blake Monroe WWE main roster debut plans.

6. Targeting Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair praised Blake Monroe during a conversations with YouTuber Jeremy Jacobowitz ahead of WrestleMania 42, with Flair saying that Monroe’s character “is spunky and stands out.”

After signing with WWE in 2012, Charlotte Flair has etched her name in the history books as one of the greatest female wrestlers in the company’s history.

With 14 reigns as WWE Women’s Champion and plenty of other accolades, Flair has become the standard bearer for the women’s scene.

“The Queen” could be the perfect individual for a new star to make their debut and make an immediate impact.

With Flair sharing kind words for Blake Monroe in the recent past, the English star could make her debut by targeting the veteran and taking her out to make her name on SmackDown moving forward.

5. Creating A New Tag Team With Chelsea Green

After a few years of surrounding herself with backup, Chelsea Green now finds herself all alone on Friday Night SmackDown.

Creating her Green Regime, Chelsea had aligned with Piper Niven and Alba Fyre to become her Secret Hervice.

However, Niven is out with a serious neck injury, while Fyre has been released from the company.

Now that she is on her own, Green could align herself with Blake Monroe upon her debut and form a pairing that might become future WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

4. Rekindling Rivalry With Jordynne Grace

During her time on WWE NXT, Blake Monroe’s most enduring rival had to have been Jordynne Grace.

Once forming a tag team that scored a win against Fatal Influence in the main event of NXT Great American Bash 2025, Monroe turned her back on Grace, costing her the NXT Women’s Championship at WWE Evolution 2025.

From there, Grace and Monroe were embroiled in a rivalry that grew in intensity as it went on.

It now looks like both Monroe and Grace will be on Friday Night SmackDown where they could rekindle their rivalry in a major way.

3. Joining Forces With Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid In Fatal Influence

On the April 24 WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania 42, Fatal Influence made their main roster debut and immediately made an impact on the blue brand.

Since arriving, Fatal Influence have drawn the ire of Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Paige and Brie Bella.

While they never saw eye-to-eye during their time on NXT together, it might be time for Monroe to align herself with Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.

Looking to help each other reach the top of WWE together, Monroe could be the missing link that helps Fatal Influence completely take over the women’s division.

2. Challenge Tiffany Stratton For WWE Women’s United States Championship

After weeks of vignettes to promote her debut, Blake Monroe could immediately insert herself into title contention on SmackDown.

On the April 24 WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania 42, Tiffany Stratton defeated Giulia to win the WWE Women’s United States Championship.

Stratton is currently trying to prove herself as a fighting champion and not looking to step down from any challengers coming her way.

With the former Mariah May getting called up to the main roster, it could lead to Monroe making her debut by immediately challenging Stratton for the Women’s US Title sooner rather than later.

1. Attacking Rhea Ripley To Signal Her Intentions To Become WWE Women’s Champion

Blake Monroe could follow in the footsteps of Fatal Influence who came to Friday Night SmackDown and confronted Rhea Ripley on their first night on the blue brand.

Making it crystal clear that they wanted the WWE Women’s Championship, Jacy Jayne went toe-to-toe with Ripley in a non-title singles match.

Considering that she is making her way to the WWE main roster, Monroe might skip the line and go right after “Mami” on her first night on SmackDown.

Monroe attacking Ripley might be the best way for the former AEW Women’s World Champion to put herself right in the mix as the next opponent for the top prize in the SmackDown women’s division.
