Jillian Hall’s title reign is an odd one as she managed to defeat Mickie James in a surprise upset on an episode of Raw in 2009. The new champ was so stunned that she even gave an acceptance speech and began singing ‘Paparazzi’ by Lady Gaga.
The win was extremely short-lived, however, as General Manager Nancy O’Dell announced a newly drafted Melina as Hall’s first challenger. Melina made quick work of Jillian and became the fifth Divas Champion in history.
