WWE Evolution 2025 is set to be one of the most highly anticipated premium live events in recent WWE history.

Despite the company having one of the most talented rosters they’ve ever had, there should be some surprises in the form of older and legendary stars coming back for this show.

Considering the number one contenders battle royal and plenty of other options for some surprise appearances, the WWE Evolution 2025 PLE will surely have some legendary names showing up throughout the historic evening.

Here are seven former WWE stars to potentially return at Evolution 2025.

7. Trish Stratus

Recent reports have revealed that WWE had reached out to Trish Stratus about a possible appearance at the Evolution 2025 premium live event.

The WWE Hall of Famer played a significant role at the first Evolution back in 2018 and could return for this one as well.

The last time WWE fans saw Stratus in action was to celebrate the 25 year anniversary of her debut when she teamed with Tiffany Stratton to defeat Nia Jax and Candice LeRae at Elimination Chamber 2025.

Trish could make an in-ring comeback by challenging her former tag team partner Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship in a generational battle at WWE Evolution 2025.
