7. Chris Jericho
All Elite Wrestling has a few former WWE champions under contract right now, however, perhaps the one most often linked with a WWE return is Chris Jericho.
With it being reported that Chris Jericho had entered his contract year in AEW, there has been no updates regarding him potentially inking a new deal.
“The Nueve” is viewed by many fans as one of the most important figures in AEW history, signing with the company just days after it officially started on January 1, 2019.
If Jericho decides to leave AEW he can receive his earned WWE Hall of Fame induction and potentially even one last in-ring run as well.
