When Jacob was first attacked on SmackDown, Drew McIntyre made sure to note that he wasn’t the attacker, and that may well turn out to be true.

Jacob had teased potentially challenging for Cody prior to him being taken out, with a match between Drew and Jacob set to take place to determine Cody’s next challenger.

However, the match never ended up happening and Cody immediately gave a title match to Drew instead, which would no doubt infuriate Jacob.

With the two men brawling and Jacob costing Cody the WWE Title, there is for sure some bad blood there.
