With the promotion always looking to expand, there are plenty of intriguing options for new titles that could be brought into the fold.

Here are five potential new AEW championships that could be announced soon.

5. Women’s Tag Team Championship

Since the beginning of the company, AEW has had women’s tag teams in action but devoid of any AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship to chase.

The most likely new titles to be introduced could be AEW women’s tag titles with plenty of teams currently in action that could vie to become the inaugural winners.

Giving teams like Skye Blue & Julia Hart, Anna Jay & Tay Melo and Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford a proper direction for their feuds, the titles could also open doors for the formation of new teams.

Tony Khan has mentioned being supportive of women’s tag titles being introduced – when the timing is right.
