Despite the group’s strength in numbers, the current line-up doesn’t feature any female members, leaving a great deal of opportunity for even more growth on the table. Here are six potential new AEW Don Callis Family Members that could join the group. ## 6. Syuri ![](https://cdn.wrestletalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Syuri.jpg) A potential new member of the Don Callis family could come from STARDOM in the form of Syuri. With her hard hitting and dynamic style inspired by her experience in kickboxing and MMA, Syuri could arrive only to later find her fighting babyface spirit misaligned with the evil Don Callis. Already announced for competition stateside, the IWGP Women’s & New Japan Strong Women’s Champion Syuri is set for New Japan The New Beginning USA on February 27th. Able to be someone that adds a threatening female presence to the group, Syuri could be a great addition. ***Click the next page button below for more*** ## 5. Kamille ![AEW star Kamille](https://cdn.wrestletalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/kamille-august-19-a.jpg) Last seen back in November 2024 where she was victim of a mysterious backstage attack, Kamille has yet to return to AEW TV. With both the reason for her absence, and the mystery attacker storyline left unsolved, the former NWA Women’s Champion’s future in AEW seems in doubt. Perhaps able to reincorporate the star though the Don Callis Family, she would be an excellent female addition to the group. While there are plenty of men in the group, Kamille could become the first female addition and shift the dynamic in the AEW women’s division immediately. ***Click the next page button below for more*** ## 4. Bozilla ![](https://cdn.wrestletalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Bozilla.jpg) One potential new [AEW](https://www.allelitewrestling.com/) signee that could arrive sometime in 2026 is German professional wrestler, Bozilla. While Bozilla is seemingly still under contract with STARDOM, she has recently been taking time off due to injury. Potentially set to join AEW on a more permanent basis when she is recovered, the impressive star would be the perfect addition to the threatening Don Callis Family. Seemingly set to be a major player in the future, the 24 year old has time to make big career moves including potentially vetting offers from AEW, TNA Wrestling or even WWE. ***Click the next page button below for more*** ## 3. Persephone ![](https://cdn.wrestletalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Persephone.jpg) Confirmed by [Tony Khan](https://wrestletalk.com/?s=Tony+khan) on Twitter earlier this month,  CMLL star Persephone is All Elite. Potentially joining the Don Callis family, her arrival could lead to interesting crossovers moving forward. With Persephone under a dual contract which will see her continue to appear for CMLL as well as AEW, Callis could tout Persephone’s international success as a reason he brings her into the family. In what could be the perfect way for the new star to debut, she could immediately target Willow Nightingale’s TBS Championship. ***Click the next page button below for more*** ## 2. Saya Kamitani ![](https://cdn.wrestletalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/saya-kamitani.jpg) A potential new member of the Don Callis Family is the compelling and dangerous Saya Kamitani. While currently taking a break from in-ring action due to health reasons, the first woman to ever be voted Tokyo Sport MVP in 2025 – will be back soon. Kamitani is reportedly set to return to in-ring action on February 7 in Osaka, Japan to defend her World of Stardom Championship against Starlight Kid. Potentially preparing for a move to AEW, Saya Kamitani could end up joining forces with the dastardly Don Callis. ***Click the next page button below for more*** ## 1. Hikaru Shida ![](https://cdn.wrestletalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Hikaru-Shida-October-11.jpg) Former AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida has been out of action for several months but unlike other mysterious disappearances, there is a known reason. Last seen in AEW action back in November 2024, Shida remained active during her absence wrestling in Japan. After resolving outstanding Visa issues, Shida is reportedly able to be back in AEW action in 2026 but has yet to make a big return. Having previously captured the top title in the company three times, Shida could have her sights set on some more personal grudges as a part of the dastardly faction.
