Back in 2022, Booker T became one of the voices of WWE NXT alongside Vic Joseph.

Recognized as one of the more polarizing commentators in WWE today, Booker has done a good job of getting over different young stars on the roster.

Working in the Performance Center every week has led to Booker having an influence on the careers of several members of the NXT roster due to his experience and background as a trainer.

Wanting to try him out in a different role, Booker T is someone who has the credibility and resume to be a legitimate authority figure and permanent WWE NXT General Manager.
