Adam Pearce has been at the helm of the WWE Raw General Manager position for the past five years.

However, there are a lot of combustible elements on Monday Night Raw for one person to control, so it could lead to the company giving Pearce an assistant to help him with the weekly chaos on the show.

Since 2023, Ava has served as the WWE NXT General Manager, making her WWE’s youngest authority figure.

At just 24 years old, Ava has grown in the role and become a comparable GM to those on the WWE main roster.

With Ava being The Rock’s daughter, it would not be surprising to see WWE have big plans for her future.

Starting that with her transitioning from her NXT role to an assistant position alongside Pearce, WWE Raw could be used as a platform for Ava to get more eyes on what she brings to the table.
