WWE
Over on WWE NXT, Ava has had a pair of assistants by her side for the majority of her run as General Manager.
While this has been the case on NXT, both Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis have stood solo in their similar roles on WWE Raw and SmackDown respectively.
With chaos rising on Friday Night SmackDown with both the MFTs and The Wyatt Sicks, it might be time for Aldis to enlist an assistant to help him maintain order on the blue brand.
Here are seven potential new WWE SmackDown assistants for Nick Aldis.
7. Chelsea Green

During his time as SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis has interacted with many stars on the roster.
However, no one has been in Aldis’ office as much as Chelsea Green. The former WWE Women’s United States Champion has often been found requesting a match or opportunity from the SmackDown GM on Fridays.
Having WWE hire Green to be Aldis’ assistant would be viewed as a punishment for the former TNA World Champion if SmackDown becomes too out of hand.
Green could flourish in the role being positioned as a top act that mixes it up with the main event picture and somehow makes keeping control worse for Aldis along the way on SmackDown.
