At AEW All In Texas 2025, Hangman Adam Page defeated Jon Moxley in a Texas Death Match to win the AEW World Championship.

Becoming a two-time champion, Page has solidified his win with an impressive reign that has seen him defend the gold successfully five times.

From former champions to rising stars hitting their apex, there could be any number of stars who could be next in line to capture the top prize in All Elite Wrestling.

Here are eight potential next AEW World Champions.

8. Samoa Joe

At AEW WrestleDream 2025, Hangman Adam Page defeated Samoa Joe to retain the AEW World Title. Post match, Joe and The Opps turned heel on Page in a vicious beatdown.

Then on the October 29 Fright Night Dynamite special, Joe defeated HOOK, Ricochet and Bobby Lashley to become the number one contender for the AEW World Championship.

Thanks to this win and an attack on AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts, Joe will now challenge Hangman for a second time, but now it will be inside of a steel cage on Saturday, November 22 at AEW Full Gear 2025.

This upcoming pay-per-view event could be the site for Joe to become a two-time AEW World Champion by dethroning Page.
