Since the start of 2025 there have been a lot of changes to the landscape of WWE SmackDown when it comes to who holds gold.

From John Cena winning the Undisputed WWE Championship to Street Profits regaining the WWE Tag Team Championships, these title changes have seen dramatic shifts in the direction of the entire show.

Looking to the future, there are several stars who may be in line to get their hands on some championship gold in the weeks and months to come.

Here are our predictions for the next holder of every championship on WWE SmackDown.

WWE Women’s Championship – Naomi

At WWE Money in the Bank 2025, Naomi defeated Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer and Roxanne Perez to win the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Promising to make Tiffany Stratton’s life a living hell in the same fashion she did to her when she was Ms. Money in the Bank, Naomi has been a constant threat to her WWE Women’s Championship reign ever since.

After Jade Cargill won the Queen of the Ring Finals at WWE Night of Champions 2025, it feels like the stage has been set for Naomi to eventually cash in very soon.

With Cargill likely challenging Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam 2025, this bout might see Naomi cash in during it to win the title and take her place atop the SmackDown women’s division.
