Predicting The Card For WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

Coming off the heels of WWE Night of Champions 2025, the company now looks forward to the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event for the next significant show.

The lineup for this event should be very interesting considering the weekend with WWE Evolution 2025 on the following night.

With the card to be centered around Goldberg’s retirement match, it should be intriguing to see what WWE has on tap for the rest of the matches on this evening.

Here are our predictions for the card for the July 12 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

World Heavyweight Championship: GUNTHER (c) vs. Goldberg

The only announced match for the July 12 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event so far will see GUNTHER defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Goldberg.

On the June 16 episode of Monday Night Raw, Goldberg came out to confront “The Ring General,” bringing up their last altercation in Atlanta, Georgia when GUNTHER disrespected the WWE Hall of Famer and his family.

Looking to enact his revenge back in his adopted hometown, Goldberg issued a challenge to GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

This showdown should be the headlining bout and will have a ton of emotions going in considering Goldberg has confirmed this will be the final match of his career.
