The longest reigning AEW Women’s World Champion is coming out of long rivalry with Serena Deeb that she came up short in.
However, Shida should view the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament as an opportunity to bounce back.
A quarterfinals bout against Red Velvet should be very telling of the direction of both ladies.
Shida’s previous success makes a win in this tourney less likely, but no one would be surprised if she made it far.
