7. El Grande Americano
Ahead of WrestleMania 41, Rey Mysterio was set to do battle with El Grande Americano in a battle of luchadors.
However, this matchup was not meant to be as Mysterio went down with a torn groin injury on the day before the scheduled bout.
Being replaced by Rey Fenix at Mania, there is a lot of unfinished business between Mysterio and Americano whenever he returns.
Waiting until Rey’s final WWE match would give this bout some more build and time to make it into a worthy conclusion to the illustrious career of one of the best high flyers ever.
