4. More young talent.

Long before I actually watched Impact, I thought it was the place that wrestlers went when their careers were over. Like a junkyard of broken talent. To my surprise, it turned out they were actually brewing some great young talent: A. J. Styles, Bobby Roode, and Eric Young to mention just a few.
Like Ring of Honor, Impact has an opportunity to continue their legacy as a place for young talent to develop and hone their craft – and there is nothing wrong with that. Recognizing that some of your talent will move on to WWE, or other promotions like NJPW and RoH, gives you an opportunity to prepare them as ambassadors spreading a positive message about your business. More than anything it helps build a reputation with wrestling fans as a place that has some of the best talent around.
If you’re the kind of wrestling fan that reads news articles, and you probably are if you’re here, then you might be among the thousands of fans who look for the next A.J. Styles or Shawn Michaels in every young talent. It’s the reason a lot of people watch NXT, because it constantly offers fresh content that we have never seen before. Become the place people talk about when they discuss the past of the future Hall of Famer’s and PPV headliners and it will do wonders.
