3 – More Wrestling, please.

The video above was from the latest episode of Impact and represents one of the problems with Impact as a pre-taped product.
The televised show has a limited amount of in-ring action, which is to be expected, but often there is an abundance of segments that aren’t real matches. This is a waste of the limited time that Impact has to present their talent each week, and it would be great to see more of their talent have the opportunity to show what they have.
Some weeks I have to ask for this, and some weeks I don’t. Impact shows can be a little inconsistent, ranging from 35 combined minutes of wrestling to upwards of an hour each week. With so much great talent, and potential access to external talent from Ring of Honor and Lucha Underground possible in the not-too-distant future, there is little excuse for not putting on the great match-ups that we know are possible.
With the new creative team of Don Callis and Scott D’amore taking over at the end of last year, we will hopefully see this come to fruition over the next few months.
