The 2023 WWE Draft is set to get underway on this week’s (April 28) episode of SmackDown.
There are many WWE stars from both the main roster and NXT that have been speculated for an appearance in the Draft.
However, there are a lot of potential surprises that could take place during the event that would really shake up the company.
Here are some potential surprises we could see in the 2023 WWE Draft.
Starting with…
Big E Returns
Lets start with Big E, who has not been in the ring since he suffered a broken neck on SmackDown in March of 2022.
WRKD Wrestling recently noted that there had been rumours in the company of E making a return in the Draft, but obviously that all depends on whether he is healthy.
There had also been a reported feud pitched between New Day and Imperium planned.
That feud would reportedly focus on Big E facing Gunther, which we can all agree would be great.
Just a matter of them landing on the same show as Imperium, which, well we will get to that later.
