Dolph Ziggler | World Heavyweight Championship
Dolph Ziggler was involved in a relationship with acting SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero back in 2011. Ziggler used this relationship to help propel him to the top of the roster. Guerrero banned the then World Heavyweight Champion Edge’s finishing move, the Spear. He still used it and she then fired him and vacated his title. She proceeded to award the championship to ‘The Showoff.’ However, during his coronation as new champion, Teddy Long, SmackDown’s official General Manager, returned, rehired Edge and immediately granted him a title match in which he won and ended Ziggler’s very brief reign.
