Surprise WWE Returns Coming Soon

At WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025, Liv Morgan made her surprise return for the first time since June where she helped Dominik Mysterio defeat John Cena to regain the Intercontinental Championship.

This marked a huge return that came out of nowhere and may signal even more to come as WWE closes out 2025 and heading into 2026.

From injured stars making their comeback to legendary names reintroducing themselves to the WWE audience, there could be some notable returns in the weeks and months to come.

Here are six surprise WWE returns potentially coming soon.

6. Austin Theory

At WWE Survivor Series 2025, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre and Brock Lesnar defeated CM Punk, The Usos, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns in the Men’s WarGames Match.

This win came thanks to a mysterious hooded figure jumping into the ring to hit a superkick and a Curb Stomp to give Breakker the victory.

While the moves this hooded figure hit were reminiscent of Seth Rollins, it has been reported that the mystery man is actually Austin Theory.

After suffering an undisclosed injury in July, Theory may eventually be revealed as this hooded figure and receive his biggest push in years as part of The Vision stable on WWE Raw.
