Ten Superstars Who Should Switch Brands In The WWE Draft

5. Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch to SmackDown

Let’s not beat around the bush here, the tag team divisions across Raw and SmackDown both suck right now. The main issue being, WWE has inexplicably decided to break-up the majority of the tag teams they already have on their books.

With that being said, the addition of Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan to the SmackDown tag team division would make a lot of sense, even if it would be a big blow to the tag team division of NXT.

Burch and Lorcan showed with their TakeOver match with Undisputed Era that they can pull it out of the bag on the big stage, and inserting them straight into a feud with Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown would be great as we head into Hell in a Cell.

The group has been treading water in NXT for a while, and I wouldn’t be all that surprised to see Lorcan and Burch on Friday night’s before too long.

4. AJ Styles to Raw

When Drew McIntyre won the WWE Championship at WrestleMania, a feud on Raw with AJ Styles was something that many fans had been hoping for. However, AJ Styles was moved to SmackDown a few weeks later.

With McIntyre having defeated Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and Bobby Lashley since winning the title in April, he is in need of another top heel to feud with heading into 2021, and a program with AJ Styles certainly makes the most sense.

According to reports, a feud with former Raw Executive Director Paul Heyman was one of the main reasons Styles moved over to SmackDown earlier this year, so with Heyman no longer in charge of Raw, the path has been paved for AJ to move back to the red brand.

Whether it’s as a heel against Drew McIntyre, or as a babyface versus Seth Rollins, there are a lot of options on Monday Night Raw for AJ Styles to sink his teeth into.

3. Keith Lee to SmackDown

While it’s great to see WWE pushing Keith Lee on Raw, giving him matches with Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre so quickly after arriving from NXT, WWE has really exhausted the majority of its options on Raw for Keith Lee.

In just over a month on the main roster, Keith Lee has shared the ring with Randy Orton four times, and even battled WWE Champion Drew McIntyre on two separate occasions. Apart from Seth Rollins, there aren’t really any more dream matches for Keith on Raw.

To book themselves out of this corner and keep Keith Lee interesting, WWE should really move Keith Lee over to Friday Night SmackDown and have the former NXT Champion mix it up with the likes of Sami Zayn, Daniel Bryan, Jeff Hardy, Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns.

Whether this is something that WWE is considering remains to be seen, but if SmackDown is losing AJ Styles, Braun Strowman and Matt Riddle to Raw, then moving Keith Lee the other way would make a lot of sense.
