In January 2025, WWE announced a multi-year partnership with TNA Wrestling – formalizing a relationship that had, for the past year, seen wrestlers from both companies appear on each other’s programming.
While beneficial for the smaller promotion – whose ticket sales have risen since the partnership began – WWE clearly holds the upper hand and seems intent on signing the acts they continue to feature.
Jordynne Grace is one such example: the standout female star was allowed to sign with WWE despite still being under contract with TNA.
Here are seven TNA stars whose signing with WWE might be just around the corner.
7. Ace Austin
Ace Austin was one half of TNA’s most dynamic – and one of pro-wrestling’s most criminally underrated – tag teams, ABC, until a tragic in-ring accident sidelined partner Chris Bey last October.
Prior to their tag team run, Austin had already made his name in the X-Division, delivering standout performances thanks to his blend of athleticism and creativity.
At just 28, Austin is a gifted performer – charismatic, polished, and long underutilized by TNA.
A move to WWE NXT could finally give him the platform he needs to fulfil his considerable potential.
