Following his loss to Ricky Saints at Halloween Havoc, it would make sense for Williams to finish off his run on the brand and head to the WWE main roster in a significant role.

At WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2025, Ricky Saints defeated Trick Williams to retain the NXT Championship.

This win has led to many fans believing Trick’s time on NXT might be coming to an end, but Williams might want one more opportunity at the gold before he says goodbye to the brand.

Making Trick’s departure a storyline would put a spotlight on his transition to Raw or SmackDown by delivering a Loser Leaves NXT match.

Trick Williams challenging Ricky Saints one last time and losing to leave NXT would be a huge title clash that might be one of the most anticipated championship matches in recent memory.
