Something slightly less lazy but also a simple solution would be to have the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship be merged into one title, much like the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was back in 2014.

Then, introduce a new second world title to Raw, with Roman going forward as the UWU Champ on SmackDown.

The problem here comes with the lineage, as Roman’s near-800 day reign is with the Universal Championship, which is the title that would have it’s lineage discontinued should the titles merge together, and I think parroting that number is something that is important for them.
