Austin Aries quoting Chris Jericho in his promo on the latest episode of Impact Wrestling was an intentional tease to set up Jericho making an appearance for the company. He is expected to debut at Bound For Glory in New York.

The WWE Championship match at Crown Jewel will be a four-way between AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Daniel Bryan and The Miz.

Due to an increase in ticket prices for Starrcade compared to typical WWE house shows, the belief is the show may air live on the WWE Network.

Alexa Bliss is experiencing numbness in her left arm which is why she has been pulled from action. She is only cleared for “minimal exertion” so can still appear at ringside on upcoming events.

Shawn Michaels is expected to earn in excess of $2 million for his return to the ring at WWE Crown Jewel.

And Shawn will be appearing on the Oct 1 episode of Raw to promote Super Showdown and possibly announce his intention to come out of retirement.

The meeting between Impact officials and WWE last week was Impact’s idea. They were there to pitch a potential working agreement with WWE to use further Impact footage on WWE Network broadcasts.

WWE will not be deterred on signing Pentagon, despite him not being available until early 2020. They still intend to sign him as soon as he becomes available.

Alberto El Patron is not currently wrestling due to his commitments with MMA group Combate Americas. El Patron still expects to return to WWE in the future.

With the lucrative television deals, increased Network subs and Saudi Arabia money making WWE as cash rich as it has ever been, the company is trying to tie down all of its regular roster to long-term deals.

Rey Mysterio’s son Dominik Gutierrez is likely to start training at the Performance Center in 2019, with the promise of his training included in Mysterio’s contract agreement with WWE.

Tommaso Ciampa’s apparent exclusion from the WWE 2K19 video game is simply an angle.

NXT UK is now expected to air on the WWE Network on Wednesday nights in the current Mae Young Classic spot, as soon as the tournament is finished in October.

WWE will introduced tiered pricing on the WWE Network in 2019, with the higher price bands featuring other promotions including PROGRESS, ICW, EVOLVE and others.

Matt Riddle is scheduled to meet Kassius Ohno at TakeOver the night before Survivor Series.
