6 Fascinating WWE Stats From 2018

1. Most Matches (Male)

Winner: Finn Balor – 58 matches

Out of every single male main roster member, Finn Balor had the most matches on Raw, Smackdown and 205 Live in 2018 with 58. With the majority of his bouts likely coming against Baron Corbin in the duo’s seemingly never-ending feud on Raw.

Balor had nine matches on pay-per-view and a further 49 on Raw in 2018. On average he wrestled 1.12 times per week on WWE TV last year. Second place for the men went to Seth Rollins who wrestled just two fewer with 56 outings on Raw, Smackdown, 205 Live and pay-per-view to his name last year.

While Balor was alone in working 58 matches in 2018, 18 superstars wrestled just once on the main roster, including NXT UK’s James Drake, 205 Live’s Sunil Singh, AEW’s Chris Jericho and two-time WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels.

Leading the pack so far this year is Kofi Kingston. The WWE Champion has wrestled 37 times on the main roster in just six months so far. He has worked seven more matches than his closest competition, Raw superstars Drew McIntyre and Ricochet.
