This year’s Money in the Bank could see the ever-popular LA Knight capture the coveted briefcase.
Holding the contract would give him the opportunity to tease a cash-in on Drew McIntyre, with the two having recently exchanged words on this week’s SmackDown.
The storyline could then build to a major moment at WWE SummerSlam where McIntyre defends against former Bloodline rival Solo Sikoa, only for LA Knight to cash in, much to the delight of the crowd.
The victory would compound McIntyre’s grievances as he watches LA Knight snatch his title away.
