After going through a hiring freeze throughout 2023 into 2024, WWE became very active in the free agency market over the latter half of the year.
From high profile international talent for NXT like Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer, to signing stars for the main roster like Jacob Fatu and The Motor City Machine Guns, the company has done an excellent job of filling spots up and down the roster.
Here are nine WWE free agent signings.
9. Jonathan Gresham
TNA Wrestling star Jonathan Gresham is one of many that will reportedly see their contract expire with the company in early 2025.
The former ROH World Champion has not been the subject of reports or speculation regarding a move to WWE despite having nearly two decades of experience on the independent scene.
With his wife Jordynne Grace seeming like a lock for WWE, perhaps we see Gresham join up with the company too.
With NXT perhaps set to lose talent such as Trick Williams and Ethan Page to the main roster in 2025, Gresham could be a shrewd acquisition to bolster the brand’s ranks.
