WWE Backlash 2025 is shaping to be quite the premium live event, headlined by John Cena defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton in the final meeting between the two legends.
While there will be championship gold up for grabs and scores being settled, there should also be some significant changes, such as babyface turns during the show.
Several heels have sown the seeds for an eventual shift to the side of good that could take place in St Louis on Saturday, May 10.
Here are seven potential babyface turns at WWE Backlash 2025.
7. Austin Theory
For close to a year now, A-Town Down Under have been teasing a potential breakup between the two stars.
Austin Theory and Grayson Waller have shown their differences and a ton of dissension since their time as WWE Tag Team Champions.
As of late, Theory has been playing to the audience a little more, while Waller has continued to gain heat for his putdowns of the crowd from week-to-week.
WWE Backlash 2025 could finally see Theory turn babyface and split from Waller in a significant moment that fans will remember.
