With WWE King & Queen of the Ring in the rear-view, we turn our attention to the next big Premium Live Event – Clash at the Castle from Glasgow, Scotland.
With just three weeks build, it seems safe to expect the card to take shape rather quickly – so much so, that Triple H even booked the very first match for the show at King & Queen of the Ring.
So, much like WWE lets not waste any more time and just right into our predicted card for Clash at the Castle 2024.
Starting with what looks set to be the main event of the show…
6. World Heavyweight Championship – Damian Priest (c) Vs. Drew McIntyre

In what is thus far the only officially announced match for Clash at the Castle, Scotland’s pride and joy Drew McIntyre will look to do what he couldn’t at in Cardiff, Wales two years ago and capture the world title in front of his home UK fans.
Now, on paper this is a heel vs. heel bout, making it a bit of an anomaly to headline a WWE PLE, however, given the home crowd advantage it obviously works.
Despite obviously being the babyface on the night though, I wouldn’t count on McIntyre to totally follow suit.
In fact, what could potentially happen is McIntyre receiving some back up from some fellow Scots down in NXT – Gallus, with Joe Coffey recently hailing his countryman’s honesty via a curious post on social media.
If a Gallus/McIntyre pairing takes shape in Glasgow, then that will of course even the odds against Priest’s Judgment Day – who will no doubt try and get involved.
Or perhaps, we see none of the above and instead McIntyre’s bitterest of rivals CM Punk makes a shock appearance and costs McIntyre the win in agonising fashion. Whatever the case, this one should be a banger and well worthy to headline the PLE.
