WWE Legends To Return At Crown Jewel 2025

WWE’s latest PLE, Crown Jewel, takes place this Saturday, 11 October.

For the first time in the event’s history, Crown Jewel will be held outside Saudi Arabia — emanating from Perth, Australia.

In line with Paul Levesque’s now-familiar event structure, five matches are set for the card, and on paper it looks promising with Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship, John Cena vs. AJ Styles in a final chapter of their legendary rivalry, and Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed in an Australian Street Fight.

Beyond the lineup, fans could also see surprise appearances from returning WWE legends — and WrestleTalk predicts who they could be.

5. Paige

After leaving AEW following a short run that marked her return to in-ring action after a five-year hiatus, many expected Saraya to immediately return to her old stomping grounds and resume her Paige moniker in WWE.

That, however, has yet to happen.

Nevertheless, the odds remain high that her WWE comeback is only a matter of time.

The big question is whether it could happen as soon as Crown Jewel: Perth — could we see Paige appear during the Women’s Crown Jewel Title bout between Stephanie Vaquer and Tiffany Stratton, stepping up to challenge one of the champions?
