WWE has recently introduced brand new titles into the company that will help shape the future for the roster.
With the first WWE Women’s United States and Intercontinental Champions now crowned, the promotion could potentially bring in some other championship gold as well.
From more story focused to multi-person wrestling, there are multitude of different ways the company can explore new titles to give a spotlight to various performers.
Here are six potential new WWE championships that could be introduced.
6. Tribal Chief Championship
On the January 6 Netflix premiere of WWE Raw, Roman Reigns defeated Solo Sikoa to win the Tribal Combat Match and reclaim his ula fala as “The Tribal Chief.”
Following his loss, Sikoa has not spoken a word and has left his former Bloodline stablemates Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga to fend for themselves.
Meanwhile, Reigns is scheduled to appear for “The Tribal Chief Acknowledgement Ceremony” on the January 27 episode of WWE Raw, which could be where fans could see a new title introduced.
Paul Heyman could bestow Roman with a Tribal Chief Championship for him to defend against other members of his Bloodline. This could be defended in an inevitable, tantalising showdown with Fatu down the line.
