4. The WWE Arrival Of Mariah May
Another positive change to the NXT women’s roster could be the potential signing and debut of Mariah May, whose AEW contract is reportedly up in the summer.
The 26-year-old British star has not been seen since lying incapacitated, bathed in her own blood, at AEW’s recent Revolution PPV.
May is a proven top-tier performer, and her gruesome feud ending blow-off with Toni Storm was a classic – visually the most unforgettable bout of the year.
While there is little chance of repeating that level of blood-letting in WWE, May’s creativity and storytelling ability would significantly strengthen the already stellar women’s division.
